(According to current regulations, in Article 9 of the Joint Circular 22/2015/TTLT-BGDĐT-BNV, the guidelines for ranking the salaries of lower secondary school teachers from Grade III to Grade I have a salary coefficient from 2.1 to 6. ,78).

The salary ranking upon appointment to the professional title category shall comply with the guidance in Clause 1, Section II of Circular 02/2007/TT-BNV and according to current regulations of law. The formula for calculating the salary of secondary school teachers in 2022 is as follows:
